FAQ
Q: What happens during a wildlife inspection?
A:  Our trained specialists will thoroughly inspect your property—inside and out—to locate the animal, identify how it got in, and assess any damage. We’ll then provide a clear plan for removal, repair, and prevention.
Q: How quickly can you respond to a wildlife issue?
A:  We know that wildlife intrusions are urgent. That’s why we offer fast, discreet, and professional service—often with same-day or next-day availability. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Q: Can you help prevent animals from coming back?
A: Yes! After safely removing the animal, we perform a full inspection to assess any damage and identify entry points. Then we seal those openings and offer expert advice to help keep your property wildlife-free.
Q: What signs should I look for if I suspect wildlife on my property?
A: Common signs include scratching or thumping noises (especially at night), droppings, foul odors, dug-up lawns or gardens, and visible damage around vents, crawl spaces, or eaves. If something seems off, it’s best to have us inspect it before the problem gets worse.
Q: Are your services safe for pets and children?
A: Yes. We take every precaution to ensure our trapping and removal methods are safe for your household. Our traps are strategically placed and monitored to avoid harm to pets or children.
Q: How do I pay my bill?
A: There are several ways to pay! Our office can set up payment for you before service begins as well as our technicians through our safe and secure software. Approximately 1 hour after each service, you will receive a service completed email, with access to your online account with us where you can set up payment that way as well.
